ViCare Climate Sensor: Data connection

If you wish to use the device as a ViCare Climate Sensor, you need to operate the device on battery power. The ViCare Climate Censor records the room temperature and humidity and sends the information to the Viessmann gateway.

The ViCare climate sensor is only in connection with a Viessmann gateway, e.g. Vitoconnect OPTO2 can be used. An independent use is not possible.

C   ViCare Climate Sensor

E   WLAN router (on site)
F   Secured internet connection to the Viessmann cloud infrastructure
