How many systems can I control with one ViCare account?

With one account in the ViCare app, you can control a maximum of two systems (which can be located at two different locations), and each of them can be in charge of three devices (gateways).

How can I add an additional installation or component?

To add the new additional installation on another location, open Settings, click on the button Add component and select the option: Additional installation.

     

To add another component to your existing system, open Settings, click on the button Add component and select the option: Expand system.

       

Where can I find all my installations in the ViCare app?

Click the check mark at the top of the ViCare start screen and the menu with all available attachments will open.

     

Now you can manage the devices accordingly and adapt them to your own needs.
