Where can I find the serial number of my heating system?

The serial numbers are located in different places depending on the type of your heating system. They are usually located either behind the cover or on the outside or on the control panel (display). The barcode contains 12 to 20 digits.

Although your ViCare app works fine without knowing the serial number of the heating device, we recommend you add it for a more precise calculation of the energy consumption and to prepare a detailed consumption analysis. Here you will find information on how to add the serial number to the ViCare app.

The localization of the barcode differs from the heating system. The instructions on where to find the serial number stickers on the individual heating systems:

Gas condensing boilers

Gas condensing wall-mounted boilers:
