Why is tablet mode not working?

Tablet mode only works on Apple iPads and tablets at least 7”  size. Currently we only support a limited number of screens and features in tablet mode, but more will follow. To enable tablet mode, follow the steps below: 

1. Go to the third tab of ViCare app
2. In the settings, under "device settings" you should see the option "Tablet mode"
3. After clicking on this option, turn on the mode by selecting "on".
