I changed the router / internet provider. How can I reconnect applications to Vitoconnect?

To pair the application again with Vitoconnect, just follow these steps:

1. First, hold down the reset button on the Vitoconnect for a few seconds.
2. Update your new WiFi settings within ViCare: "Settings" -> "Network configuration".
3. The application asks for the factory ID data. The easiest way to do this is by scanning the QR code supplied with Vitoconnect.
4. The application is ready to use.
