When you see a warning screen with “Your smartphone is not connected” title, it means that the connection to the Internet could not be established. In such case your heating will work as configured, but without the control via the ViCare app.
Please check your access to the Internet:
- The smartphone must not be in the flight mode
- Check if you have mobile internet connection, access to the internet through your mobile network should be switched on or you should be connected to a Wi-Fi network
ViCare application will refresh automatically when the connection is re-established.
