I forgot the password for my ViCare app. What can I do?

In order to reset your forgotten password, you should follow the steps:

Step 1. Open your ViCare application and use “LOG IN” button.

Step 2. Use the “Forgot password” option visible at the bottom of the screen. You don’t need to provide any details at this step.

Step 3. Enter your email address and press “Next”.

Step 4. You will see a confirmation screen with information about sent email with next steps.
