Failure to close the thermostatic valve that cannot be automatically corrected. We want to prevent the room from overheating. It is mostly related to the mounting of the device. - Make sure you are using the correct Viessmann adapter which is included or purchased through official channels. Try to avoid unknown manufacturers or products. Next, try pressing the button on the radiator thermostat for 4 seconds to trigger the motor to run in the thermostat. If your radiator isn't warm and you still get the message, this isn't usually a problem. Please contact your Viessmann partner if it does not work as expected. |

- Standby display. Turn on the thermostatic head to activate the display. - The batteries of the radiator thermostat have run out. Replace the batteries. - Software or hardware failure. Reset the radiator thermostat to its factory setting. |
