I have just set up ViCare devices and my radiators are still cold. Is it a normal behavior?

When you first install all radiator thermostats and pair them with your gateway device, it may take some time until all smart valves will be able to learn how much should they open the flow to give you the comfort you requested.

Learning process, within setting-up of the first heat-up behavior, may take up to three hours and it is strongly recommended not to touch the valves and not to try to set them manually.
