You can cancel the Savings Assistant package at any time by clicking on the “Manage” button in the “Subscription details” section of the ViCare app. You will then be redirected to Google Play or the Apple Store where you can cancel your subscription.
If you have installed ViCare on an iOS device
- Open the ViCare app and log in with your account.
- Click on “ViCare+” at the bottom of the app.
- The Savings Assistant screen opens. Click on “Manage” here.
- A new window will open. Please enter the reason for your termination here or choose not to give a specific reason. Then click on “Continue”.
- A new window will open. Click on “Cancel subscription”.
- The Savings Assistant screen opens. Here you can see the remaining term of your subscription.
- If you decide you want to use the Savings Assistant again, you can reactivate your subscription at any time by clicking on “Manage”.
If you have installed ViCare on an Android device
- Open the ViCare app and log in with your account.
- Click on “ViCare+” at the bottom of the app.
- The Savings Assistant screen opens. Click on “Manage” here.
- A new window opens. Here you can choose whether you want to pause or cancel the subscription. To cancel, click on “Cancel subscription”.
- In the window that then opens, please state the reason for your cancellation or choose not to give a specific reason. Then click on “Continue”.
- A new window will open. Click on “Cancel subscription”.
- The Savings Assistant screen opens. Here you can see the remaining term of your subscription.
- If you decide you want to use the Savings Assistant again, you can reactivate the subscription at any time by clicking on “Manage”.
Please note that the monthly subscription will be canceled at the end of the month and the annual subscription at the end of the 12 months.
